A Fun Thursday Night

So every Thursday part of downtown SLO closes off its streets and puts on a farmers market. There is also lots of entertainment as lots of charities, churches, businesses, community and social organizations take the opportunity to set up booths along the way. So Taylor had the opportunity to have some fun in a bouncy house for the first time, it was loads of fun, you should ask her about it sometime.



Meanwhile we've discovered something very peculiar about Tommy. Notice the picture, what is he staring so intently at?



It's the ceiling fan. The dude LOVES ceiling fans. The don't have to be turned on, he just loves to look at ceiling fans. And I don't think it's because they are like giant mobiles because he doesn't seem to interested in the 2 mobiles he actually has. It's the funniest thing, but if he gets fussy I can hold him just right on his back and position him under the ceiling fan. If I can get him to see the fan, most of the time he calms right down. Go figure.

We have Belly Button

Over the weekend Tommy excited us all by finally losing his umbilical cord! So we now have pure belly button! On all fronts Tommy is doing quite well. We've got a "check up" appointment scheduled sometime today just to make sure that everything is going well with his weight gain and his little operation he had done last week. He's also getting better at sleeping through the night, he's only up maybe 2 times and that is very nice for daddy and mommy to get some sleep. For the most part it was an uneventful and relaxing weekend and everyone is doing excellent.
